Royal-Blue donation access question

Hey, just would like to know how long does it usualy take to be able to enjoy some of the Royal-Blue perks after a donation?

Seem to have been waiting for a couple of days now, no response from e-mail either...

Usually it takes below 24 hours to have it activated. If you haven't got it after this time, please send us a message to contact@sync-video.com and provide some information about your donation! Also it's important to logout and login again to activate Royal-Blue status.
